Low-density lipoprotein, or LDL cholesterol, is commonly called bad cholesterol since it makes the buildup of cholesterol and blockage in your arteries more likely, increasing your risk for heart disease. Consuming the antioxidant resveratrol, which is found in red wine, may decrease LDL cholesterol

Drinking one or two glasses of red wine with dinner will help your skin stay youthful and beautiful.

How it works-
Researchers have found that red wine’s magical compound resveratrol and the SIRT1 gene, also found in red wine, are definitely linked to increased health and a longer life span.

2 to 7 glasses of red wine a week might reduce depression. The same research also suggests that exceeding the limit, conversely, can cause depression ,so keepn an eye on your intake

How it works-

And yes, it is resveratrol again. This compound in red wine stimulates a particular protein that activates certain genes that repair DNA, suppresses the tumor genes, and promotes longevity genes


Despite red wine being linked with some health benefits, none of them are worthy of encouraging alcohol consumption.

There are many other effective ways to improve your health that don't require you to consume something that can be harmful
